Hayden Custom Homes to Start Four More Homes

Custom homes in established neighborhoods have proved to be popular. And Hayden Custom Homes is preparing to break ground on three sold custom homes and another that is for sale.

One of the sold homes will be a two-story built on Breezeridge Drive in Harwood Hills off of Bopp Road in Des Peres for a family Hayden assisted in locating the home site. It is being built under Hayden Custom Homes’ tear down/build new program – just one of the many programs Hayden offers to make building a custom home as simple as possible. This program means that Hayden has demolished a previous home on this home site in order to build a new home in a mature neighborhood. The home site is prepared for immediate construction, which should begin in the next couple of weeks.

Another of the homes will be on Eagle Estates Court in Glen Eagle Estates in Florissant. This home represents another Hayden Custom Homes design/build service, which is building on a new home site that is already owned by the homebuyer. This three-acre property is the last building site in the community. The home to be built is a story-and-a-half from Hayden’s portfolio of plans that has been customized for the purchaser. Construction should begin in the next few weeks.

The last of the three sold homes to begin will be a custom home on a one-acre home site in Westland Estates on Mason Road in Creve Coeur. This home also falls under the tear down/build new program. Demolition has not yet occurred.

Hayden Custom Homes is also beginning a custom home that is for sale at 5 Chapel Hill, which is an established neighborhood directly across Clayton Road from Hayden Custom Homes’ three-home enclave, Vandiver Place, in Town and Country. This home, priced at $1,489,500, will be a beautiful country estate story-and-a-half with five bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths. The home will sit on a wooded, walkout one-acre estate that features a large backyard that backs to a little country road and woods for privacy. Hayden plans to break ground in November and the home could be available for move-in next summer.

There is one Hayden custom home available for immediate move-in. The Italianate at 2 Vandiver Lane in Vandiver Place off of Clayton Road is a 7,347 square foot story-and-a-half with four bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths and Old World detailing throughout. This home on 1.3 acres with woodland preservation areas is priced at $2,787,900. The fact this home sits on a new street in Town and Country with just two other building sites makes this a rare opportunity. Two additional home sites, including one accessed by a private stone bridge through the woods, are available for building new custom homes at Vandiver Place.

Hayden Custom Homes was established as a division of Hayden Homes in 1998 and has since built more than 35 custom homes in the metropolitan area. The firm builds on scattered sites in Eastern Missouri and Southwestern Illinois – within a 50-mile radius of the firm’s headquarters in Chesterfield and within a 50-mile radius of the firm’s office at the Landings at Far Oaks in the O’Fallon/Caseyville area of St. Clair County, Ill.
