Our World Series cocktail recipe, the CardinalCane, was such a hit, we thought we would share two of our favorite Hayden holiday concoctions with you. We’ll be serving these at our family gatherings; we hope you enjoy them as well!
Thanksgiving Cocktail
- 3/4 oz. Tanqueray gin
- 3/4 oz. dry vermouth
- 3/4 oz. apricot brandy
- 1/4 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- Maraschino cherry or lemon twist for garnish
Shake ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry or lemon twist. Makes 1 to 2 drinks.
DH Pomtini
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup Triple Sec
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry. Makes 4 to 6 drinks. For a non-alcoholic libation, skip the liquor on the DH Pomtini and add a squeeze of fresh orange juice.
