• Office conference – A personal meeting allows our professionals to listen to your needs, establish a budget, and review our programs, portfolio plans, and other details specific to you and your site.
  • Site inspection – We will personally inspect your home site to determine how your home might be best positioned on the site and provide you with advice to aid in the purchasing process, if you have not yet acquired your homesite.
  • Conceptual presentation – We will present you with a concept plan of your custom home.
  • Pricing Your Home – We will present the construction price of your home with an established set of specifications and provide cost estimates for any requested options.
  • Professional Services Agreement – After approving your plan, this agreement formalizes the beginning of our design/build service to assist our client through the design of their home and homesite. The service may include the employment of professional consultants to perform architectural, civil, geotechnical and environmental services, but only as required.
  • Acceptance and Approval – Upon approval of the plan, pricing, options and cost to improve the homesite, we enter into a formal Construction Agreement to begin the final stage of preparing to build your new custom home.
  • Personal Design Plan – We will provide you with floor plan drawings of your new custom home to be used to layout your furniture and select your interior finishes.
