 Hayden Homes, Inc. recently acquired 49 homesites and is now selling luxury homes at the Summit at BaratHaven, a brand new park-like community at a prime and convenient location between Weldon Spring Rd. and Winghaven Blvd. in Dardenne Prairie in St. Charles County.

The Summit at BaratHaven is part of a greater community being created by the Great Rivers Greenway District in collaboration with many others. This 211-acre development south of Dardenne Creek at Highway 40/61 brings together park area, commercial development, residential and a proposed private school by the name of Barat Academy, a Sacred Heart and Catholic college preparatory school offering single-gender classes within a coeducational environment.

Hayden Homes has sold out Conway on the Grove, its exclusive gated villa enclave on Conway Road in Chesterfield. What’s impressive is that this $16-million-dollar community of 13 stone villas that builder Dennis Hayden describes as a 19th century European village, will be totally completed by October 2006 – less than four years after its grand opening.

Hayden Homes received yet another award for its Pendleton display home at the Manors at Heritage Trails in St. Charles at the Sales and Marketing Council Awards Dinner on March 2, 2006. The company received the 2005 Model Home Merchanding Award: $650,000 and above, Single Family Detached. This award is given for decorating that reaches the intended market.

Hayden Homes did very well, winning four marketing awards, at the Annual St. Louis HBA Sales and Marketing Council Awards Dinner on Thursday, March 2, 2006. The company received a 2005 Model Home Merchandising Award, $650,000 and above, Single Family Attached, Designer June Roesslein Interiors, for its already award-winning model home at its exclusive villa community August Hill on Conway Road in Chesterfield. August Hill was also recognized with a 2005 Community Entrance Monuments Award.
